Lean Manufacturing Engineer (Code: LME) - Jakarta


- Assist Production Manager to develop or improve business process to increase efficiency and boosts profit of the organization in the manufacturing sector. He is responsible to providing the manufacturing data, evaluation, suggest measures for improvement of manufacturing until providing the process design ( preliminary design ) if needed to get the better plant performance. He will also support the Production Manager activity when Production Manager does not in place.


Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the manufacturing data and based on the observations should be able to give alternative action plan for continuous improvement program and propose the improvement action to Production Manager
- Assist Production Manager to monitor implementation of standard operation procedure on safety, health and environment related to process and plant safety by reviewing start up/shut down checklist in order to minimize risk
- Lead a team to continue innovation/ improvement program within production department and or related department by set up SGA (small group activity) and implement 5S (Kaizen) to meet targeted OEE (overall equipment effectiveness)
- Monitor, evaluate production variance compare to standard production cost, and preparing corrective and preventive action to ensure variances is managed
- Monitor, evaluate and improve implementation of applied Management System : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
- Preparing production master document new products by testing new production into selected production line to determine man power and machine usage of new product as well as ensuring the quality of products and safety, health environment guideline/ procedure to be approved Production Manager
- Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/ legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required and propose to Production Manager.


Your Qualifications
- University degree in Chemical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering with 3 years related function.
- Fluent in English oral and written
- Understanding on process and plant safety
- Knowledge on Industrial Engineering
- Strong leadership skill
- Familiar with Management Systems : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS
- Good computer proficiency.
- Hard worker and able to work in team

- Minimum S1 degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance or other economics area
- Minimum 2 years working experience in other companies after completing university or at least seven years experience in CCAI finance organization.
- Experience in participating in implementation and support of business application such as BASIS, ORACLE, Hyperion, MAA and/ or PPA database will be advantage.


Technical Competencies required:
- P/L Statements, Balanced Statements Knowledge of business application, such as BASIS, Oracle, Essbase/ Hyperion, MAA database, PPA database and Tax Nominative List
