Further planning that involves everyone in the organization we call as participatory planning. Every aspect of planning is based on the participation of everyone in the organization. In this way, the sense of responsibility for each program to grow the organization's activities as an integral part of themselves.
As an organization comprised of various figures with their respective capabilities, then it is supposed to empower the human resources they have. Empowerment competence is very important because the organization is a shared responsibility. To actively involve everyone, it is a participatory planning concrete steps. If any personnel involved in planning the program, then at least they have a say things that must be done within the organization.
Implementation of the concept of togetherness
Togetherness is a superior technique in achieving the success of program activities. With the advanced aspects of being together means we have to empower everyone in the organization over its responsibilities to the organization. We are a nation that holds the concept of living together so that if any personal organization participating in the preparation of work plans or other plans of the organization, then that is their implementation.

Recognition of one's competence
We must recognize that every person involved in the activity has a certain competence. Competence is a self-image of each person. Everyone is very proud of her competence. If we are a leader, then the application of this concept should be a special program for organizational development. At least we tried to evoke an attitude of participation in any personnel.
This engagement can be realized in the form of participatory planning for each program to be implemented organization. Participatory planning means a plan that involves all personnel, especially those that have the capability as needed. Although we provide the opportunity publicly to everyone in planning the program activities of the organization, but in this case does not mean every idea that comes directly applicable as part of the program.
This we must sync with the vision and mission we stretcher every time. At least in this case we have an opportunity to everyone to express ideas they have. However, should any organization's leaders must realize that participatory planning is a concrete step for the success of the program.
This success was due to the attitude of every personnel in running the program. However we must be sure that every personal power will determine the success of a program, not on the good and bad programs that we arrange.
