Personnel Officer - Bintaro, Tangerang, Cikarang

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience or preferably senior staff in personnel and human resource field is required for this position
- Understanding in labor laws, managing personal data, absences and medical claim.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, self-motivated, creative, initiative, independent, good communication with people of all levels
- Willing to be place at Bintaro, Tangerang or Cikarang, West Java
