Flight Operation Officer


Responsibilities
- Ensure availability the analysis and formulation of route performance test
- Ensure the availability of weather analysis, NOTAM, and data relating to the aviation
- Ensure the availability airport, airways, and navigation facilities analysis
- Ensure the availability of payload performance calculation
- Ensure the completeness of flight path cross-licensing
- Ensure the availability of formulation, publish and documenting flight plan for every flight operations
- Ensure the implementation of the crew briefing for each flight operation
- Ensure the flight can be conducted safely and efficiently
- Ensure the implementation of flight supervision (flight watch)
- Ensure the to do re-Despatch / re-release status in the iregularities flight event
- Ensure the coordination and provide recommendations of flight implementation changes based on the latest information relating to flight safety
- Ensure the safety awareness / aviation safety and aviation standards compliance


Requirements
- Male / female
- Minimum age 21 years old and maximum 29 years on on July 3, 2012
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Minimum SMA graduate, preferrably possess Diploma 3 degree majoring in Air Transport Management and FOO
- Have a FOO lisence with a rating of B 737 Classics
- Not color blind, proved by letter from a doctor
- Not in serving a working bond in other Company
- Adaptable, disciplined, and have integrity
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Willing to be placed anywhere in Indonesia or overseas


Safety Analyst


Responsibilities
- Identify problems, determine the analysis method, collect and process the data, provide reports and recommendations to be used as input for the development of the company safety program
- Measure and report the safety, Security & Environment Audit results to the supervisor either periodically or as needed
- Updating the manual relating to the Corporate Safety, Security & Environment
- Ensure safety awareness / aviation safety and aviation standards compliance
- Ensure timely implementation of the Work Plan
- Ensure that all work comply with the applicable company management system IOSA, and Budget System
- Ensure his/her role as a Single Contributor comply with the Human Capital Management System that the company applied


Qualifications
- Male / female
- Age Maximum 27 years old
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) degree from lleading university / educational institution majoring in Health Safety (K3), Communications, Management, Information Systems
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- For K3 majors, preferably experienced in the field of K3 min. 2 years
- Adaptable, disciplined, and have integrity
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Computer literate and mastering information systems applications minimum Microsoft Office and internet
- Willing to be located at the Garuda Indonesia Headquarters in Offices Area Soekarno-Hatta Airport


Service Analyst


Responsibilities
- Ensure the formulation of important issues (objective) and an analysis of the Service Management, Service Performance, or Airport Service, through the analysis, formulation, data / information compilation in order to see the related scale / indicator development as an inputs that should be anticipated by management
- Ensure the availability of alternative solutions, improvement recommendations, or a planning related to Service Management, Service Performance, or Airport Service to improve the quality of management decisions
- Ensure the availability of all documents related to the Service Management, Service Performance, or Airport Service optimally by internal and external parties
- Ensure the program implementation related to Service Management, Service Performance, or Airport Service Analysis
- Ensure the availability review and reports of the program implementation / customer feedback / performance report of the implementer


Requirements
- Male, Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Age maximum 27 years old
- Attractive appearance
- Minimum possess Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university, preferably majoring in Communication
- Preferably have an experience in the field of service
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- Computer literate and mastering internet and Microsoft Office
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Communicative, disciplined, hardworker, creative, innovative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure
- Placement in Offices Area Soekarno-Hatta Airport
