When most people think of Hawaiian paradise pictures often white-capped waves breaking on the beach, mild climate, lush tropical vegetation and a cool breeze from the coast. In Hawaii, the truth is much more than toga.Izlet in Hawaii will be a multi-cultural paradise with some of the best cultural events.


Although there are hundreds of cultural events and demonstrations held throughout the island throughout the year, many of them free, there are a couple that stand out from the rest. Two of the premiere festivals, at least in my opinion, the Honolulu Festival and the world famous Merrie Monarch Festival.


The separation of the two festivals in particular van, I do not mean to belittle any other. MERRIAM MONARCH FESTIVAL (Held last week in April)


This highly anticipated annual celebration of Hawaiian culture will be held in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii during the last week in April. is named in honor of King Kalakaua, who was known as the Merrie Monarch, and that many return to the pride and heritage of Hawaiian song and dance, which previously prohibited by the missionaries.
